Contemporary Scottish Artist

Since graduating from Grays School of Art in 2000, I have continued to produce and exhibit paintings in the UK and Europe. I specialise in figurative art, in which abstract elements, such as textured paint, metal patina or patterns, interact with the naturalistic rendering of the human form. This, I believe, creates balance in my work on both a visual and cenceptual level, as well producing an appealing modern aesthetic that works well in any setting. 

In addition to my figurative work, I also paint more traditional landscapes and portraits to commission.
